NDP is a humanitarian organization working in Sudan, a country torn by violent, brutal civil war or wars for decades between northern and Southern sections, and the war has wreaked chaos on the people broadly, but it devastated southern part than other parts in the country. Founded by student volunteers, academics, professionals, and others who desire to help the people of Southeastern Sudan.

The NDP organization— our goal is to improve the quality of life by bringing and providing for those living in and returning to the Southeastern Sudan, especially Wanding/Nasir area by helping the return of refugees forced and displaced from their homes and villages by the civil war (s) and by facilitating urgency needs, such as construct pure water infrastructure, health care, shelter, food, fishing and farming materials and by helping to rebuild communities through education, health, and economic development.
